BILLING AND FINANCIAL POLICIES

Insurance and Payment Policies:

We do not currently accept insurance, although we provide you with an itemized bill so that you can submit it to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.  Many of our patients do tend to get at least some reimbursement from their insurance companies.  

Payment Methods:

Payment is expected at the time of service.  We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, as well as Check or Cash.  Health Savings Account cards can also be used.
