For instance, scalloped sides of the tongue can indicate a possible B12 deficiency. And, white spots on the nails can be a possible zinc deficiency. Even certain areas of the tongue can indicate weakness in a particular organ of the body. However, these are just a few. There are may other signs to look for when evaluating a person's overall health.

Our body talks to us in so many ways, we just have to listen to it and look for the signs symptoms that it presents to us.
